Historical Features and Consequences of Urban Development in Russia
Аннотация
At present Russia is faced with a number of already established urban planning processes that limit the country successful development. It is about the seizure of the natural space of the country’s urban development by dangerous forms of settlement, which have gathered almost a quarter of the state population in the Moscow zone of attraction. The practice of mass commercial high-rise housing construction with micro-apartments, which impeding the population growth possibility as a whole, is also dangerous. Against the background of a relatively small population in the world largest country this generates a long list of risks and development imbalances. Active multi-story construction currently generates one more problem which is urban safety as a national life structure systemic problem. This problem was considered in the National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation № 400 from 02.07.2021. However, the concentration of population in metropolitan areas and megacities continues, which becomes significant challenge for the Russia historical destiny. The totality of higher and internal challenges facing the country requires a special study of the Russia spatial organization urban planning patterns for the coming period.

Assessment of Changes in Incoming Solar Radiation During the Heating Period in Moscow
Аннотация
When calculating the energy spent on heating and ventilation of a building, the climatic characteristics of the area are taken into account. According to long-term meteorological observations, global climate warming is currently being recorded on Earth. Long-term planning of socio-economic development of territories should take into account climate change and the possibility of adaptation to them. Important parameters considered in the aspect of climate warming during the cold season are the climatic characteristics of the heating period: duration and average temperature. The possible positive consequences of climate warming for the Russian Federation include a reduction in energy consumption spent on heating buildings during the heating period. Earlier, the authors of this work considered the change in the duration and average temperature of the heating period over the period of long-term meteorological observations. It is shown that there is a tendency to decrease the degree-day of the heating period, which provides savings in calculating the energy consumed for heating and ventilation of the building. In this paper, we consider the change in incoming solar radiation on walls of various orientations over the period of long-term observations. According to the results of observations, there is no trend in the change of incoming solar radiation. Then, to calculate the heat gain from solar radiation through translucent enclosing structures, it can be recommended to use average climatic data.

Laboratory Studies of Ultra-High Sound Insulation of Enclosures
Аннотация
In modern construction practice, enclosing structures with high and ultra-high sound insulating characteristics have come to be actively used. Such structures have rational design solutions according to the sound insulation criterion and are capable of providing the required noise protection of the existing interior spaces. These structures are classified into classes according to sound insulation criteria “A”, “A+”, “A++”. Evaluation of the proper sound insulation of such enclosures in reverberation chambers is complicated by the approach of the sound insulation of such enclosures to the limit values for the test bench used. To improve the accuracy of such studies, it is proposed to use the intensity measurement method. The article presents the results of experimental studies of structures with ultra-high sound insulation in the complex “Large Acoustic Chambers of NNGASU” using the standard technique and the intensity measurement method. In the experiments, indirect sound transmission through the stand structures was simulated by creating artificial sound paths between the reverberation chambers and generating interference noise directly in the low-level chamber. The convergence of the results of determining sound insulation by the two methods under consideration in the absence of interference noise is presented. It is shown that the intensity method allows obtaining reliable results of measuring sound insulation in the presence of flanking noise in the low-level chamber. The flanking noise levels at which ultra-high sound insulation of class “A++” structures can be obtained experimentally using the method of intensimetrу have been determined.

Smart Building Technologies for Climate Change Adaptation
Аннотация
The article provides an overview of smart home technologies and the possibilities of their application and implementation in megalopolises and large cities, taking into account adaptation to climate change. The analysis of the vulnerability of various sectors of the national economy to climate threats and risks confirms the relevance of the implementation of adaptation and mitigation measures for such a sector as housing and communal services. The authors put forward the idea that the implementation of smart building technologies is one of the tools for adaptation and mitigation to climate change. The review begins with a retrospective analysis of the origin of such a concept as a smart home. For further assessments and prospects for the implementation of such technologies, an overview of existing practices and examples of smart building construction was made. As a result of the review, the advantages of smart building technologies were revealed, and problems with their implementation in practice were identified. Buildings from Russia, in particular, from the Rostov region are presented as examples.

Crack Resistance and Deformability of Plates of Variable Thickness
Аннотация
This article discusses the issues related to the strength and stability of reinforced concrete slabs of variable thickness. Such structures are widely used in modern construction, especially in buildings of complex architectural shape, industrial structures and engineering facilities. Reinforced concrete structures of variable thickness present a special problem for design engineers due to the complexity of the distribution of internal forces and the nature of the loads. Correct consideration of all factors affecting the strength and rigidity of such structures ensures the reliability, safety and durability of structures. The article identifies the problems of calculating slabs with different support structures and the method of their connection with a plate element of variable thickness, highlights the issues of determining the cracking load in reinforced concrete slabs of variable thickness taking into account the thrust forces arising from the contour elements, as well as determining the deflections at the time of crack formation. An assessment of the deflections of reinforced concrete elements is made, determining the width of the deformed zone under various clamping conditions.

Nonlinear Calculation of Soils Compaction on the Structures with Heavy Rammers
Аннотация
The method of soil compaction with heavy rammers was proposed by Professor Abelev Yu.M. in 1948. Later this method under the name “Russian rammers” was applied in France (since 1953), and later in other countries. However, despite the widespread application of this method, there are still no methods for calculating soil compaction of various origins with certain strength and deformation characteristics. The developed methodology of nonlinear calculation of the foundation during compaction with heavy rammers is presented. For this purpose numerical calculation methods using explicit schemes of equation systems integration are applied to modeling of nonlinear compaction processes.

Geotechnical Experience in Landslide Slope Reinforcement
Аннотация
The problem of underground space development in the constrained conditions of existing production facilities is a complex geotechnical task and requires a specific approach. The presence of weak engineering-geological elements significantly aggravates geotechnical works. Increasing the foundations bearing capacity is always under the close attention of geotechnical engineers, designers and builders. The use of drill-injection piles constructed with non-standard physical processes in most cases successfully solves many complex and non-typical geotechnical problems. The experience of capital construction and operation of a petrol station erected on an unstable leaning slope is presented in order to develop technical recommendations for preventing the resulting deformations.

Methods of Modeling Parameters of Organizational and Technological Construction Systems on the Basis of Multivariate Forecasts
Аннотация
The effective implementation of projects is inherently connected with solving the problems of forecasting the main indicators at the stage of their preparation and ensuring a balance at the stage of implementation, strategic, short-term and operational plans. The solution of these problems requires new methods of modeling the parameters of organizational and technological construction systems on the basis of multivariate forecasts. The article proposes a system of probabilistic forecasting models, which allows to provide the initial data for modeling the consistency of strategic and short-term plans. The proposed model is developed based on the use of simulation modeling and modifications of four known methods of forecast calculations. To confirm the adequacy of the proposed concept of modeling the parameters of organizational and technological building systems on the basis of multivariate forecasts and to improve the accuracy of the calculations, the necessary number of technologically and structurally homogeneous objects was determined and their selection was carried out with regard to consumer properties based on information about the type of residential buildings and public buildings of the most mass application in the Rostov region. It is proved that the proposed model allows to reduce the level of uncertainty in decision-making, and, as a consequence, to increase the utility (profit) at the established calculation horizon – 5 years.
