A total of 3812 patients were followed up, 5% of them were found to have the second tumor after 3-10 years. The paper gives data on the site and extent of the second tumor and the efficiency of its treatment.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проведен анализ развития метахронных опухолей у больных раком шейки матки после сочетанного лучевого лечения. Под наблюдением было 3812 больных, у 5% из которых выявлена вторая опухоль через 3-10 лет.
