To estimate the cost threshold for the inclusion or exclusion of new treatments is one of the important tasks in the light of health care and drug provision reforms in the Russian Federation. To determine society's willingness to pay will estimate the expenses borne by the state while elaborating the standards for treatment and compiling the lists of drugs to be dispensed free of charge.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Внедрение на современном этапе развития медицины новых высокозатратных методов диагностики и лечения заставляет организаторов здравоохранения по-новому рассматривать необходимое количество средств государственных вложений в обеспечение граждан общества необходимым лечением при социально значимых заболеваниях, в частности онкологических. Определение порогов стоимости включения или исключения новых методов лечения - одна из важных задач в свете реформы здравоохранения и лекарственного обеспечения в РФ.
