Having determined damages to genes (K-RAS exon 1, TP53 exons 5-9, PTEN exons 5 and 8) in the components of carcinosarcoma, the authors assessed each of the study parameters as a potentially clinical prognostic criterion. Whether aberrant TP53 and PTEN and tumor clonality could be used as clinical markers was confirmed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлены результаты молекулярно-генетического исследования опухолевой ткани 13 больных карциносаркомой матки. Определив повреждения генов (K-RAS в 1-м экзоне, TP53 в 5-9-м экзонах, PTEN в 5-м и 8-м экзонах) в компонентах карциносаркомы, мы оценили каждый из исследованных параметров в качестве потенциального клинического прогностического критерия.
