Activity of fibroblasts morphofunctional PZ depended on tumors ’ malignancy degree and was highest in most malignant tumors. Morphofunctional fibroblasts ’ activity correlated with width, degree of severity of sclerosis and neoangiogenesis of kidney cancer PZ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проведено исследование морфофункциональной активности клеток фибробластического ряда в перитуморозной зоне (ПЗ) при раке почки. Материалом для исследования послужил операционный материал от 33 больных почечно-клеточным раком. Применялись гистологический, гистохимический и микроспектрофотометрический методы исследования. Показано, что морфофункциональная активность фибробластических элементов ПЗ зависела от степени злокачественности опухоли и была наиболее высока в опухолях высоких степеней анаплазии.
