However, identification of as an activating mutation, as other molecular and genetic disorders can considerably change management and prognosis for these patients. Twenty-nine patients with advanced NSCLC after systemic therapy were rebiopsied and samples were studied for a limited range of genetic alterations (sensitizing EGFR mutations, T790M, KRAS gene mutations, translocation of ALK, ROS1, expression PD-L1). Results were used for making decision on further treatment.</p>
Полученные результаты были использованы для изменения тактики лечения данных больных.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>EGFR</kwd><kwd>ALK</kwd><kwd>PD-1</kwd><kwd>PDL-1</kwd><kwd>rebiopsy</kwd><kwd>advanced non-small cell lung cancer</kwd><kwd>NSCLC</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>повторная биопсия</kwd><kwd>распространенный немелкоклеточный рак легкого</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Давыдов М. М.
