It is both highly effective in the presence of activating mutations in the tumor and generally well-tolerated. Serious adverse events are recorded much less than with chemotherapy. There are significant differences in the toxicity profile. Both early detection and proper and timely correction of complications of targeted therapies are necessary for the successful long-term treatment of metastatic NSCLC patients.</p>
Раннее распознавание, правильная и своевременная коррекция осложнений таргетной терапии необходимы для успешного длительного лечения пациентов с диссеминированным НМРЛ.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>non-small cell lung cancer</kwd><kwd>EGFR mutation</kwd><kwd>ALK and ROS1 translocation</kwd><kwd>inhibitors of EGFR/ALK and ROS1</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>немелкоклеточный рак лёгкого</kwd><kwd>мутации EGFR</kwd><kwd>транслокации ALK и ROS1</kwd><kwd>ингибиторы EGFR/ALK и ROS1</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Perez-Moreno P., Brambilla E., Thomas R., Soria J.-C.
