The surgical treatment is key in the treatment of all stages of ovarian cancer. In some cases, when the tumor is a conglomerate and all anatomical landmarks are violated, removing this conglomerate without damaging the neighboring structures is a difficult task. That is why oncogynecological studies that have to respond to all occasions. In the article, the authors analyzed modern approaches to surgery, common ovarian cancer, and also discussed ways to improve the results of surgical treatment of this group of patients.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Ежегодно в мире регистрируется более 225 тыс. новых случаев рака яичников, более 140 тыс. женщин умирают от этого заболевания. Хирургический метод является ключевым в лечении всех стадий рака яичников. В ряде случаев, когда опухоль представляет собой конгломерат и нарушены все анатомические ориентиры, удаление этого конгломерата без повреждения соседних структур является трудной задачей. Именно поэтому онкогинекологи всего мира не оставляют попыток расширить границы хирургии в поисках новой техники операционного вмешательства, которая бы не только отвечала требованиям полноты циторедукции, но и сопровождалась бы низким процентом послеоперационных осложнений.
